Last updated August 26, 2026. What we collect when you get a quote or book a job, what we do with it, and what we never do with it.
Osprey Power Wash is a registered trade name of Tidal Wash LLC, an exterior cleaning company working across South Jersey. You can reach us on (609) 780-2766 or contact@ospreypowerwash.com. In this policy "we" and "us" mean Tidal Wash LLC trading as Osprey Power Wash.
When you use the estimator we collect the measurements and property details you enter and the address you type into the satellite measuring tool. None of that identifies you until you decide to book.
When you book we collect your name, phone number, email address, service address and any notes you add, together with the date you picked and the estimate the calculator produced.
When you call, text or email us we keep the message and our reply, so there is a record of what was agreed about the work.
We do not ask for or store card or bank details on this website. Payment is taken after the work is finished.
To give you a price, book the date, turn up and do the work, invoice you afterwards and answer questions about the job. That is the whole of it. We also keep the record for our own accounts and tax returns.
If you give us your mobile number we may text you about the job you booked: a confirmation, a reminder the day before, a message if the weather moves the date, and questions about access or timing. That is service contact about work you asked us for.
Marketing texts - seasonal offers, or a reminder that it is about time the house was washed again - are separate. We send those only to people who ticked the box on the booking form agreeing to them or told us so in writing. Agreeing is optional and is never a condition of buying anything from us.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and our text messaging provider, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP to any message from us, or by telling us on the phone or by email. The detail is on our Text Message Terms page.
We are a small business and your details stay with us. The only outside companies involved are the ones running the tools we use to do the work: Google, which provides our email, calendar and the spreadsheet our customer records live in; Twilio, which delivers our text messages; and any subcontractor working on your job, who gets only what they need to find the property and do the work.
We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not hand it to anybody for their own marketing.
We will disclose information where the law requires it - a court order, a tax audit, or an insurance claim arising from work at your property.
The satellite measuring tool is Google Maps running inside the page. The address you search for is sent to Google so it can show you the right roof, and Google sets its own cookies for that under its own privacy policy.
We advertise on Facebook, Instagram and Google. While those campaigns are running this site carries the standard measurement tags from Meta and Google, which set cookies so we can tell that an advert led to a booking. They measure adverts; they are not how we contact you, and they are not given your text message consent. Your browser settings control whether those cookies are allowed.
Customer and job records are kept for at least seven years, because tax and insurance both require us to be able to show what work was done, when and for how much. Quote enquiries that never became jobs are kept for around two years, so we can pick up where we left off if you come back to us.
Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email to stop emails. Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete whatever we are not legally required to keep. Email contact@ospreypowerwash.com or call (609) 780-2766.
This is a service for property owners. The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and change the date at the top. A material change to how we use your mobile number will be told to you directly, not buried here.
