Osprey Power Wash sends text messages about work you have booked with us, and separately - only if you have agreed to them - occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Agreeing to marketing texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.
About your job: confirmation that a booking is in the diary, a reminder the day before, a message if we are running late or the weather has moved the date, and questions about access, gates or where to park.
Offers, only if you agreed: a seasonal reminder that it is about time the house was washed again, or a discount when we are already working in your street. These go only to people who ticked the consent box or told us in writing that they wanted them.
A typical message reads: "Osprey Power Wash: reminder - we are scheduled at your property tomorrow between 9am and 11am. Reply STOP to opt out."
By giving us your mobile number when you book online, ask for a quote, or ask us to text you, you agree that we may text you about that job.
For offers, tick the box on the booking form that says so, or tell us in writing. The box is never ticked for you, and you can book without it.
You can also start the conversation yourself by texting us on (609) 780-2766. Doing that means we may text you back.
Message frequency varies. Most jobs generate two or three messages around the appointment. If you have agreed to offers, expect no more than a couple a month and usually fewer.
We do not charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply from your own mobile carrier, depending on your plan.
Reply STOP to any message from us. You will get one last message confirming you have been removed, and nothing after that. You can also simply tell us on the phone or by email and we will take the number off.
Reply HELP to any message and we will text back our phone number and email address. Or call us on (609) 780-2766 at any time.
Stopping texts does not cancel your appointment. If you stop texts we will confirm and remind you by email or phone instead.
Text messages depend on your mobile carrier and on your phone having signal. We cannot guarantee that every message arrives, or arrives on time, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Anything genuinely important about your job - a cancellation, a change of date - we will email or call about as well.
Your mobile number and your consent are never sold, rented or shared with anyone else for their marketing. Our Privacy Policy has the detail on what we hold and what we do with it.
