A large share of Sea Isle has been rebuilt in the last twenty-five years, which means a lot of newer vinyl, a lot of composite decking, and houses standing high on pilings.
Modern vinyl cleans up beautifully and takes low pressure. Composite decks want a gentler touch than the wood they replaced. Neither needs force, and both look markedly better when we treat them rather than blast them.
Height is the other thing. Houses up on pilings put the second and third story a long way up, and we carry the equipment to reach them from the ground. Doing that safely is a large part of the trade.
The bay side and the beach side of the island weather differently. Bayside properties, especially those with slips or bulkheads, stay damper and grow more; beachside takes the salt and the wind-blown sand. Both are routine, but they are not the same wash.
